Who this is for

  • You're a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior tech leader who feels ready for what's next, but your direction, your story, or your plan isn't sharp yet.
  • You want an honest, structured approach that connects your strengths, your values, and what the market actually wants.
  • You'd rather talk to the right people than send endless online applications.

What makes it different

  • Practical, direct coaching. No theory and no cookie-cutter templates.
  • Built around your real strengths, your values, and how you position yourself in the market.
  • Builds momentum quickly, and still fits alongside a busy schedule.

What you'll have at the end

01

A clear career direction: the role, industry, and function that fit your strengths, your values, and the life you want.

02

A clear statement of the value you bring, and what sets you apart, that you can use in any conversation.

03

Your story, with proof points, in words that sound like you and sound confident.

04

A 30/60/90-day action plan with a weekly focus, so you build momentum and don't feel overwhelmed.

05

A networking approach you can repeat: who to talk to, how to reach out, and how to keep relationships going.

06

A bank of interview stories: your key wins and leadership examples, with the proof behind them.

How it works

Most engagements run 3 months.

Weeks 1 to 3

Get clear on your direction

We find your target and your non-negotiables.

  • Your goals, your limits, and what success means to you.
  • An assessment of your strengths, values, and motivators.
  • The area where you can stand out, and a possible second one that raises your value in the market.
  • A scan of the market to check your targets and sharpen your direction.

You leave with: a career direction statement, your target criteria, and a first map of opportunities.

Weeks 4 to 7

Build your story

We build the story and proof that make you the obvious choice for the roles you want.

  • Your value and how you position it.
  • Your executive story, in a short version and a long version.
  • A list of your proof points and measurable results.
  • Advice on your LinkedIn profile and resume messaging, as needed.

You leave with: a positioning statement, your story, and a library of proof points.

Weeks 8 to 12

Go after the right roles

We turn your clarity and story into steady action, starting with your network, and get you ready for interviews.

  • A networking plan: who to contact, how to reach out, and how to run the conversation.
  • A weekly action rhythm with accountability.
  • Interview stories, with prompts to practice them.
  • A negotiation plan, if and when you need it.

You leave with: a networking plan, outreach scripts, a bank of interview stories, and a weekly action rhythm.

Sessions and support

Average 3 sessions per month. Each is usually 45 to 60 minutes.

Light support between sessions: short check-ins, quick reviews, and course corrections.

Optional help with your messaging: LinkedIn, resume bullets, and outreach notes, depending on what you need.
