6-Month FORGE Leadership Accelerator Program
Many senior individual contributors feel stuck at their current level, unsure how to gain visibility, build strong professional relationships, and position themselves as strong candidates for a management role. While they excel in technical execution, stepping into management requires a different skill set—one that focuses on leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving results through others.
This program combines learning practical leadership techniques from seasoned tech executives with a blend of group-based and individual coaching to ensure participants apply what they learn in their specific context. Group coaching sessions (Executive Forge Community) foster peer learning and shared experiences, while individual coaching provides personalized guidance to align leadership growth with each participant’s unique strengths and challenges. Through structured coaching and accountability, participants will be challenged to implement new leadership behaviors, drive measurable change, and take ownership of their careers and leadership development.

What You'll Learn
- PHASE 1 – Becoming Promotable. How to get noticed, build visibility, and position yourself for your first leadership role — internally or externally.
- PHASE 2 – Leading Self. Master your mindset, manage energy and stress, and show up with executive presence.
- PHASE 3 – Leading Others. Learn the habits of successful managers: communication, coaching, feedback, and building trust.
- PHASE 4 – Navigating Change. Develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to lead through uncertainty and complexity.
- PHASE 5 – Strategic Growth. Think like a senior leader: connect tech to business outcomes, drive innovation, and build inclusive, high-performing teams.

- Start with our required Week 1 Orientation.
- Take Leadership Self-Assessment built around the FORGE Tech Leadership Framework.
- Bi-Weekly Live Group Sessions (60 mins). All sessions recorded – join anytime.
- Monthly 1:1 executive coaching sessions. (60 mins).
- Templates, toolkits, and audio recaps included.
