Coaching is an efficient, high-impact process that involves a dialogue aimed at helping high-performing individuals improve their results in a sustainable manner.
Unlike consulting, mentoring, teaching, or therapy, coaching focuses on guided self-discovery and actionable steps to achieve your goals.
As your coach, I will be your collaborator, supporter, and challenger. Together, we will identify your goals and create actionable plans. I will provide encouragement and accountability to keep you on track, I will share useful tools and frameworks, and I will ask powerful questions to stimulate your thinking and challenge your assumptions.
My clients’ coaching journey follows a structured process designed to ensure that they receive holistic support that empowers them to achieve measurable results and long-term success.
- Initial Consultation: During the complimentary initial consultation, we take the time to understand your unique situation and aspirations. This is a collaborative space where we explore your goals, challenges, and any specific areas where you seek support. Together, we will assess your current circumstances and identify the most effective path forward tailored to your needs.
- Individual Goal Setting and Personalized Coaching Plans. If we decide to work together, we will establish specific, realistic, and measurable engagement goals that align with your aspirations. Based on these objectives, I’ll create a personalized coaching plan to guide you on your journey. This plan serves as a dynamic roadmap, evolving as you progress and uncover new challenges or opportunities, ensuring our coaching remains relevant and impactful.
- Assessments: We typically perform assessments to provide an accurate picture of a your strengths, opportunities, and capacity for growth. At times, assessments may include 360 interviews to gather external perspective.
- Coaching Sessions: You will be responsible for scheduling regular sessions with me, allowing for in-depth discussions and tailored guidance. This is where you would discover new insights and develop actionable plans.
The overall duration of our engagement is typically multiple months to achieve sustainable results. Each session lasts 45-60 minutes, ending with a set of actions for you to take before our next meeting. We start each session by reviewing your progress and learnings.
